The Neighborhood and Building

We are located at 2325 E. 28th Ave. Denver CO 80205 in the Skyland neighborhood in Denver that is slowly experiencing revitalization,  

We have been in the neighborhood since 2019 after acquiring this space that was vacant for over 20+ years. This space was saved from being condemned by the city.  

We are raising funds to improve the space, hire additional staff, supplement our slower seasons, and to keep up with rising operating costs; while maintaining our original prices for our community.
